I realize this is old but I had the same problem for awhile after using a different program for years when I switched to postcast.

In my case it was the default HELO command that was the problem. It was showing my router IP. Changed to my domain name and stopped getting blocked.

I also have SPF record etc in my mx and am "Whitelisted" by the major ISPs since folks pay to get my weekly newsletter. It ties back to my static IP.

But the wrong HELO command was making spam filters go wild. And hotmail/msn blocked as well as listed in one of the black lists.

Disappears under Win 7 64 bit

All works fine and when send message the icons pop up saying sent etc... BUT....

The icon disappears at some point from the "hidden icon" tray but I don't know why or when. Just when I try and open it manually to see logs I can't fine it.

If I try and and restart it says its already running and can't have two incidences.

I have to either kill it from processes and restart or reboot and restart.

I have "Run at system setup" checked but when I just rebooted it didn't. But could start manually.

I have unchecked minimize the program at start up (think I tried with it checked and no difference)

I have checked "Show in system tray". and at the moment it is after manual start but at some point it disappears frmm the "show hidden icon" tray (it is there now) but is still running and the popup when its is sending does "pop up".

Otherwise I very much like and have tried many.

I just rebooted again with both run at start up and minimize at start up.. but it didn't start. Manually started it and is in hidden icon tray as usual but at some point will disappear from the tray but still be running. Just no way to open it to see logs or mailboxes.

Unable to send from Outlook 2007

Outlook and postcast (both free & pro) are configured exactly as described in the instructions. Can send from postcast new message, but not from outlook. Doesn't matter whether I use computer name, localhost, or ip addy in outlook actt. confige.

configuration problems

Help,I cant connect to the destination mail servers, the mail is getting up to my mail server and not past that
