I have two websites. I understand that some ISPs block emails from non-authenticated domains, so I need to set up SPF records for them. I'm struggling through the process, trying to find out what the various SPF identifiers mean, but I'm uncertain whether my use of Postcast to send emails requires me to insert any dedicated data in the SPF record, and if so, what.

I've searched the forums, but I can't find any information directly relevant to this issue. I'd be grateful for advice on this (and, frankly, an idiot's guide to how to set up an SPF record as all the "help" I've found online so far seems not to be targeted at SPF newbies).

To generate appropriate SPF records for your domain you can use SPF Wizard:

For more information about spf settings validation, please visit this web page:

I hope this helps.
