I am having the same problem. The PostCast server shows the yellow envelope when I send an email, but it doesn't reach the destination.

I have used localhost, then the computer IP then the ISP's IP with the same result.

any feedback is appreciated.

It is possible that your messages are deleted on the remote server's end by some anti-spam filter. This often happens if you send messages to yahoo.com and aol.com e-mail addresses. Although their servers receive the message and do not return any error messages, the message is never delivered.

There are some solutions to this problem. For more information, please see this web page:

Thanks for the quick response.
1st the link you provided did not work for me.
Spam-blocking wouldn't be the case, because I tried several different email addresses, hotmail.com, gmail and personal corporate emails and none of them received it.
If I send the exact same email without PostCast, it goes through.

It might be a configuration issue, but I can't pinpoint where it might be. Is there a log or any means of troubleshooting? there are no error messages at all.

Any other suggestions?

Here is the correct address:
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Troubleshooting_Problems_With_Anti_Spam_Systems.aspx

Try to reproduce the problem and then send me the log file I can use to determine what is causing the problem. To open the server log file, press the Logs button on the main toolbar and select the most recent date. Send the text from that file in your reply. Log files are located in the [pcs]\Logs folder where [pcs] represents the main PostCast Server folder.

I am using PostCast Free Edition 2.6.0 and there is no logs folder and the Log button is disabled.
Does it work only under the paid version perhaps?
I will buy the PostCast Server Professional if I make sure this will do the job.
Should I work with the Trial version perhaps?

Do you have log.txt file in the program's folder? Are you able to see the error in the outbox folder in PostCast Server when sending? If yes, what is the exact text of the error message?

I don't see a log.txt file and no messages anywhere in the application.
I will uninstall/reinstall it and try again.
